During my stay, I loved that this hotel was located near the downtown area and main square. Additionally, the staff was very helpful; they even spoke English and were accommodating to my needs and questions. The room was a good size and comfortable, with French doors that opened above the sidewalk. The hotel facilities were simple, but the open-air floor plan added a unique touch to my stay.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Hotel employees were amicable. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Las Brasas...

this hotel was excellent base for exploring tequisquiapan, liked it. not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. restaurant on site was excellent. besides, we parked the car nearby.
Communication was challenging, wifi was very poor.

The hotel owner was extremely helpful and accommodating, providing us with useful information about the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Located right in the heart of town, this hotel benefits from easy access to all the main attractions. the room is spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a quaint French balcony. the friendly staff are always on hand to help and provide support with any queries.
The noise from the busy street can be overpowering, especially during the night, which can make for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

Comfortable room, French doors, balcony, open-air floorplan, beautiful water wall.
Nothing, all great.

Great location, close to the center and major attractions. The hotel has a beautiful open-air floor plan and has a pretty water wall that compliments the relaxing ambiance. The staff makes sure you feel welcomed and is really helpful with you. They even provide some helpful tips to save money. Our room had beautiful French doors opening up to a quaint, little balcony with a fantastic view of the cobblestone street.
The rooms might have been okay, but the bed and bedding were really uncomfortable. The towels had stains all over them, and the rooms had no proper cleaning.

The location of the hotel is great, being close to the main square and providing easy access to all the sights around it. the staff is very friendly and helpful with all our needs during our holiday stay. Best aspects: One of the best things about this hotel is how close it is to the main square, which is convenient for exploring the town without needing to walk too far. Another advantage of the location is that it was not affected by the noise pollution from the street traffic. Lastly, the staff members were kind enough to provide fresh towels for us every day.
The hotel did not live up to its advertised features since the rooms were not equipped with basic amenities like a waste basket, free wifi, and a phone. the mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable to sleep on, which affected our overall experience.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
